Positive Negative Neutral Advice
I decided to stay and graduate, I pulledQuite BrightAccounting
I decided to stay and graduate, I pulled myself through some tough times during the Lebanon Israeli war in 2006 when a friend in Lebanon barely got out alive. He ended up leaving by boat on a dreary night with fighter jets threatening the skies. I told some students about his situation thinking someone may understand, none did, they didn't care , in fact they were thinking this was endtimes and wanted Beirut obliterated as a sign to go up in Rapture , there was absolutely no concern for my friend nor my concern. Everything was about political views and Rapture

Socially was okay with my few friends of three. we were alone while others were in large groups. They were fake polite to us but very friendly among themselves all because I didn't agree about that war.

I had a busy major that took up my time , otherwise I would have become insane from the lack of thoughtful communication and compassion. I'm against war and they hated antiwar .

I graduated December 2006, left on a chilly night quietly.Every class was steeped in teligion.

Question
If you want to be able to cussSuper BrilliantAccounting
If you want to be able to cuss in a classroom discussion, then this is not the place for you. Liberty expects you to be respectful in all interactions, so if you feel that in order to express yourself you have to use words and actions you would use in front of your grandmother, then yes your expression will be "limited".

I am a proud Democrat, my professors know this. I have had wide ranging debates in class with them and other students on our disagreements. I have even been invited to come present my ideas and reasonings to other classes so their students can have a well rounded view of the topics.Bottom line, if you know who you are, and are able to handle people disagreeing with you, then Liberty is great, if not, then grow up.

Question
For the Undergraduate Survey, I left all answersAverageAccounting
For the Undergraduate Survey, I left all answers defaulted to the letter "F" because I do not live on campus. I attend Liberty University Online.

After attending LUO for appx 2 years now, I elected to re-take a class that I made a B in for Fall 2011. When speaking with an advisor, I was told about the Repeat Policy and that the school would take the higher of the 2 grades (Fall 2011). Now,(Spring 2012) I have been told that this information was incorrect and that both grades are taken into account. This does not make ANY sense to me whatsoever. I cannot get a straight answer anytime I call into one of these "advisors" - which BTW are students attending LU and they are all just as confused as the rest of us trying to seek a correct answer. When deciding if online studies are for you, consider this, for the majority of classes, there are no instructional videos to guide one along the way. Moreover, trying to get a response from a professor / instructor can be quite frustrating since they are adjunct faculty and have full-time jobs themselves. If you value your time, money and education do yourself a favor and do not attend Liberty University Online.
