Many people take science classes over the summerBrightAccounting
Many people take science classes over the summer at community colleges. The science classes here are almost impossible. Most people fail chemistry at least once. If you're willing to put in the extra time and effort, it will definitely be worth your while.

The professors at OWU are very helpful and will take time out of their busy schedules to help the students. They also take time to get to know the students on an individual basis outside the classroom. They're overall a very friendly faculty.

The Greek Life is here but does not dominate the scene. Public Safety has been consistently cutting down on the parties the Greek community can have on campus. For that reason, most parties are now thrown off-campus. Fraternities now rent out bars, or students who live off-campus throw parties at their places.

As for the social life...I take off to snowboard in the winter so I travel a few hours to get to those places. Events held on campus often on weekends are sometimes of interesting. Studying is on hold Friday and Saturday for me and starts again on Sunday. Columbus is a nice clean city and OS has some decent concerts going on and is a half hour away. Columbus has a great arts and music scene.

Ohio Wesleyan is a top notch school! They offer such diversity in their educational endeavors that you can go from graphic design to south east asian studies with ease. Who cares about athletics...Ohio Wesleyan never has, it's program integrating literature, science, philosophy and the arts is one of the best in the country. Ohio Wesleyan takes liberal arts to the extreme and allows students to build their own majors based-upon existing programs as well as shape the new ones! Students are very involved in course management and have the ability to network through the vast alumni network. Your professors are a mere mile from your dorm--making it easy to learn from 6am until 1am. Yes, an isolated campus--but a mecca for the most important things in life, learning and drinkin' beer.
