Major: Electrical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
I absolutely love attending the University of Michigan. Although I am an out-of-state student and tuition at Michigan is quite high for a public school, U of M offers one of the most diverse and well-rounded educational programs available across the country. Besides being ranked in the top ten nationally in almost every major possible (particularly engineering, business, psychology, law, etc.), its campus is diverse, very active, and a great environment. U of M has a top notch research institute with very state of the art facilities and opportunities galore (Undergrad research is very popular program). Although I had the opportunity to attend private universities (Stanford, MIT, Carnegie Mellon), I believe I made the right choice to attend Michigan. Ann Arbor is a great town. I found the perfect balance between academics and social life at U of M.
