You forgot to mention that it is one of the most beautiful campuses in the country. Great Pac-12 sports, too. |
I live in Arizona and want to leave the heat. I'm looking at UW but have heard that it's a "fratty" commuter school. Is that true? It seems pretty easy to get into. What's your e-mail address? |
Small percentage in Greek life. Thousands of students live on campus. You will want to have over a 3.7 unweighted GPA and at least a 2000 SAT (or at least a 30 Composite ACT), along with an excellent personal statement, to be comfortable about admissions chances (for Honors Program, it would be more like 3.9 unweighted, 2100/33)—in other words, to be in the top half of admits. |
Please stay in Arizona. What's your e-mail address? |
Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
A great American university with an outstanding reputation worldwide. A member of the Association of American Universities and considered a "public Ivy" (along with some of the UCs, William and Mary, UNC Chapel Hill, Michigan, Wisconsin, Texas, etc.). Also has one of the best medical school in the world and a top 25 law school. Seattle is a cool city, too!
