SLU only cares about the athletes. I expected more from a Jesuit institution. They treat their employees HORRIBLY. My uncle had the great displeasure of working for them for more than ten years, SLU hides money, fixes things the cheapest way possible, and doesnt care about 1 out of the thousands of students. If you do not have a scholarship, or free tuition I would not recommend going here. You are paying for the reputation. The reputation being uptight assholes who can barely run a college, pushing the mantra Slu is no better than any other third rate college. Go to WashU if you have the option.With all that said, St Louis is a great city, the crime isnt as bad as portrayed and you can meet some great people if you reach out. Good luck!
