MSU is not a school anymore. Its a giant corporation that doesn't care about students but simply cares about maximizing profits.

The fact that no one cares about you here does give you valuable real world experience though.

The classes are hard but the school will prepare you accordingly. You will get a good education here. Worth all the money they make you spend? Some classes truly seem like they want you to fail like Chem 141.

The campus is so big that it is lonely. If you aren't the most outgoing person in the world it will take time to make friends.

Campus is also so incredibly big, it is hell going to class. Especially in the winter. The wind is never not blowing in your face here. I know it doesn't sound bad now, but just wait, spring semester is horrible. If you have the money to go out of state, go somewhere warm trust me.

Night life is crazy here and tons of fun. About 10% of all freshmen get an MIP though.. its all really oriented around being 21. Once you are then this place is your playground.

Their is an excessive amount of good looking people here. Its pretty awesome. And because everyone is good looking the 5 & 6's are what your 8's and 9's used to be.
