I've only been there a semester so I've only observed 5 professors. My experience so far has been endurable. The course load was doable. Of course, some effort is necessary on the student's part - not everything necessary will be absorbed in class so prepare to do some extra reading. When it comes to midterms and finals - doable. All familiar material in a familiar format. No tricks.

When you're a CS major, you automatically have a concentration in Software Engineering, so Java, Java, Java, C++, Algorithms, and Math. Prepare for a headache if you don't know what you're doing.

The professors are nice. Willing to work with you and really stress the use of office hours for extra help. A little warning to CS majors, the professors are pretty awkward. One can see how they developed from the typical high school nerds, lacking in social skills so if you do visit office hours, make sure you know exactly what you want to say to make the visit go smoothly.

The students are generally pretty shallow. You can engage in small talk with anyone - they're all approachable, but if you like a good conversation with a person, good luck. I had a hard time finding someone that was on my social plane, in case you can't tell. But it's a big campus, so if you try, you'll find great friends in no time.

The campus is nice. A decent amount of greenery, but some of the trees drop these stink bombs and it'll smell like puke all fall, but the leaves changing colors almost makes it worth it. Also, the mountains in the background make it super worth it. The buildings aren't aesthetically pleasing, but it isn't a dump either. You'll learn to like it and ignore the things you don't like.

The surrounding area is pretty boring, but the people of Bloomsburg are very kind and friendly. There essentially nothing you can do without a car. Downtown is a short walk from campus, but all that's there are a few food places, two bars, and two tattoo shops. There's a book shop and a couple of other odd places, but nothing that attracts attention and passes time - other than the Dollar General (which, mind you, isn't a dollar store in the sense that everything is a dollar).

The one thing I hate the most about the University is the meal plan - how you can't use the meal swipes whenever you want (one swipe per meal time, so if you ate "breakfast" at 10:30, you MUST wait until 4:30 to use another meal).

The one thing I love most about the University is the Football team. They lost one game the entire semester. Super intense stuff.
