Who were your professors? What were they like? what is like after film school? |
I agree! I was pissed when I found out that many professors don't have memberships in the professional guilds or even Master's degrees! |
Yes. There is no life after film school. |
Major: Communications (This Major's Salary over time)
I graduated from Rowan with a degree in film production. My impression is that this school is basically a diploma mill and once you graduate - forget it! No one will care about you to assist you in anyway to become employed or go on to further your education to the next level. My degree cost me over 60,000 dollars and I have been unable to find a job in this field for the last four years. Seems it holds no weight in the real world and as I mentioned the professors could not care less about you, especially after you have graduated. Do not choose this school for this major, go to one with a better reputation and more networking capabilities in the surrounding areas.
