In regard to academics, Lehigh University has been an amazing place to pursue a future in entrepreneurship and product development through the mechanical engineering department. In this program, you are able to start your own venture with the support from faculty and staff members. The research is of your choosing and I have never been bogged down by useless politics. An amazing team formed so far.

In regards to social life, there is a scene for everyone. I personally went greek and played a club sport meaning that I had a scheduled out event calendar each week and went out frequently. However, I studied a lot during my down time which helped me make dean's list (3.65 gpa or higher) all 4 years. Not studying and being smart is "not popular or cool" at Lehigh. We like to party and to get good grades overall. Other groups of people smoke marijuana more frequently, and some choose to stay sober or join our CHOICE program. Whatever your scene is, all students are welcome at events and not judged for their decisions in regards to alcohol or drugs.

Overall I love lehigh. We have so many awesome traditions such as the goblet song, the turkey trot, @asapackersghost and our well known rivalry with Lafayette. I loved my time at this university because I got invovled, studied hard, and enjoyed my partying. The campus is gorgeous and south bethlehem actually has some really great places to eat such as horns, the goose, sal's, blue sky! There are cool places to go such as arts quest, the sands, the star, disc golf course, and the skate plaza. Lot's to do outside of the hill and off campus party scene beyond most first impressions.

I lived a well balanced life as an undergrad by studying hard, getting involved, and going out with my friends. Now I am starting my on company with two of my fellow classmates and the support of the university and I couldn't be happier. Take advantage of such a wonderful place and atmosphere.
