For a school that's supposed to be the "ivy of the sunys" and an open minded "safe" environment, there is too much misogyny, racism, bullying and sexual assaults on this campus. The worst part is that these problems are never spoken of. The social scene is dead and many students are broken spirited. LGBT students are not integrated to mainstream campus culture and feel left out. Majors have already been cut and many professors are adjuncts here. Although the math program here is fairly good, many of the departments here are mediocre, excluding bio and physics.
