Choosing to be a student at the University of Delaware was the best decision I ever made. Campus is beautiful. Professors (for the most part) are engaging, interesting, and helpful. Coursework is challenging, but not impossible if you work at it. Opportunities to succeed are everywhere you look. Visit career services for internships or on/off campus jobs; join a club to do community service and gain leadership skills, while meeting people with common interests; participate in an inter-mural or club sport and express your athleticism while meeting great new people; try rushing for a sorority or frat and explore the exciting greek life at UD; dine at one of the dining halls or try some exotic new food on main street; go to a party and just let go and have fun… there are SO many social and educational ways to get involved. There is ALWAYS something going on around campus. There are tons of opportunities to meet new people and make friends with common interests. I've met friends at UD that I will always keep close to me and made memories that I can never ever forget. BLUE HENS FOREVER!
