Hi, I'm an econ major from a Midwest school visiting Tufts this week (prospective grad student visitation day). Has your experience improved at all since posting here? What about their grad program? Do the students and faculty get any more down to earth in grad school? Also, what's your background for perspective? |
Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
A very wealthy and stuffy student body. A good majority of their parents went to Tufts when Tufts was considered a working class school. It has changed to a "Harvard wannabe" but it will never be a Harvard or an MIT. I expected more diversity. The city of Somerville is awesome. I'm seriously thinking of transferring.
