I came for the city experience first. People complain when Temple isn't "collegy" enough for them. I complain when it feels like I am stuck in the normal college experience. For me, living amidst a city like Philadelphia is Temple's key selling point, and I think Temple does a better job at connecting you with the city than do Drexel or UPenn. I love it here, even though yeah, the city is crime ridden and falling apart. I still love it, in all its decaying, yet still dignified old fashioned glory.
