Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
Going here was a huge mistake, its way overpriced for the education you receive. The flight department is nothing special, its filled with inexperienced flight instructors, and you can get the same instruction if not better at your local airport. Academics are easy for the most part in the Aeronautical Science Dept., but I didn't learn anything that I could not have learned hanging around pilots or an airport. The majors here are really limiting in terms of what you can do. Also ERAU boast that they have many astronaut and big time aviation alumni; dont buy into it, because many of them only got their master degree in military programs though the Worldwide Campus.Social life is what you make of it although get used to a ton of kids sitting in their computers playing flight sim on a Friday night. Girls get passed around a lot, and there are very few of them Prescott is a really nice town with great outdoor activities, but dont expect a young crowd under 50 or any kind of party scene. Many residents of the area have no idea that the school is even in their town, and the school and community dont seem to have a good relationship. In short I would not recommend this school to anyone, its cost are not worth the education at all
