I have no idea where you people are getting your info from. This school is on the southside of Chicago and at least once every month public safety sends out an e-mail of another student being mugged at night. I don't know of ANY other school that has students like this one does. I was sitting at MTCC once in between classes and a guy in leather cowboy boots, leather trench coat, leather cowboy hat, and an effin ninja sword kept on walking around me. There is absolutely nothing to do on campus besides homework and studying. If you want something to do you have to go to the city. Thank God that there's UIC, Depaul, and Loyola to get your jollies off b/c most of the women at IIT look like the guys. You are usually given the worst academic adviser they could possibly find. Most of the professors here are doing PHD work so they don't care about actually teaching kids. The only thing this school is good for is to get its name on the diploma. If you graduate from IIT you are guaranteed a nice paying job. Just don't expect the entire college experience from this school
