I can understand what you've said. However, the Carlson School of Business gets a reputation natioanl wide. why? |
Major: Economics (This Major's Salary over time)
Econ/Math Student - '96; Currently - Vice President of Large Investment Bank. People with an interest in business should absolutely not go here. The peer group is close minded, socially inept, faculty are uncaring, acedemics are marginal at best, the finance courses use 1970's theory and actually is "wrong". In the New York and Chicago banking communities - the UofM is viewed negatively. Your alumni do not want to reconnect with the school due to repeated negative social interations when at the school. Please… stop misrepresenting the school as a good choice for an MBA or undergraduate education.
