Major: Engineering Department (This Major's Salary over time)
I was one of the top students in my high school and probably in the area. I was accepted to a few ivy league schools (UPenn and Cornell), however, I chose to go to PennState because I knew what I wanted and this place had the most resources. I knew the engineering program was among the elite and because it is a public school, it has more engineering resources than most other private schools. Some people tell me that I'm stupid for not attending an ivy league, but I do not regret my decision one bit. I am recieving a top notch engineering education, with less loans to pay off. I will get the same if not better job than an ivy league grad (based on my abilities and work ethic). I encoourage all top students to check out PennState and its honors college (Shreyers Honors).
