Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
RPI helped give me an outstanding academic education in addition to a lot of practical hands-on engineering skill. My biggest recommendation to HS students is to select a major you will love/like the most. If you are not in love with a particular major, select the major you are best at doing. If you have no idea what you want to do but are a motivated over-achiever, select the major which will help get you paid the most $$$. Trust me, money is less important than doing something you both enjoy and are good at.
