Date: Sep 15 2005 Major: Finance (This Major's Salary over time) I would simply say that my education at Clemson University more than prepared me for becoming an extremely successful entrepreneur. Even though the school doesn't have the reputation of say, Babson, I am struck by the extraordinary entrepeneurial successes of many Clemson grads at local business meetings, regional meetings, etc. What particularly strikes me as that our arch-rival (S. Carolina) is highly rated at the graduate level in entrepreneurship, though I see little evidence of S. Carolina grads actually "making it" in my state county. Even more striking is that Clemson graduates seem to have a knack for innovation—a key to making it in the competitive marketplace in which we live. I am not surprised, given our strong math/science/engineering curriculum
