Congratulations on reaching your senior year in engineering! Your positive reflection on your time at UMD, emphasizing preparedness lupus rash and a fulfilling social life, affirms the value of your choice. Balancing your STEM focus with general education requirements may be challenging, but it's a testament to the well-rounded education you're receiving. Best wishes for your future endeavors! |
Major: Chemical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
I am a senior now and an engineering major. These past three years have been the best 3 of my life! I am really well prepared and feel as though I am ready to move into the working environment and be prepared well. I am glad I came to UMD as it was well worth the cost. I got into some other top engineering schools such as Carnegie Mellon and Cornell but the price was better at MD and so was the social life. I couldn't be more happier with my decision. The only thing I disliked was having to take english and social studies classes. I am a math and science guy so I didn't like that. But oh well you gotta do it anyway.
