Out of curiosity, why did you give useful schoolwork only a B? Do you commonly find yourself doing schoolwork that is unnecessary or just ridiculous? |
Major: History/Histories (art history/etc.) (This Major's Salary over time)
Vandy has a reputation for having an entire student body of close-minded, arrogant, self absorbed individuals. 99% false! (welcome to the real world, you can't totally avoid those people!) I am an international student, and was scared about what I would find at this school. I was surprised to find an overwhelming amount of friendly, helpful, interesting and really great people. The Greek scene is big, but you do not have to go Greek to enjoy it. I have many friends, Greek and non-Greek, and we do many things together, both Greek and non-Greek! There are tons of things to do on campus and all around Nashville every day of the week.I think the only unhappy people at this school are those that are determinded to be unhappy in life. Vanderbilt has a wide range of honestly friendly people, and you can easily make friends if you give it a try. The academics are challenging, but the profs are always avaliable to help in whatever way they can. I do a lot of work and studying, but I balance it out with a great social life. :) I love Vanderbilt, and I am so happy I made the decision to come here. I wish college was longer than 4 years!!I love Gee!
