Villanova gave me self-confidence, enabled me to make lifelong friendships, and taught me how to get along with others. Villanova was a great ride for four years. I studied more than average, socialized more than average and grew as a person more than average. Unfortunately, I did not get as much academically out of Villanova as I should have. It wasn't Villanova's fault, it was mine. I viewed it as a job factory and focused primarily on business courses. The liberal arts electives were not viewed seriously by me and I lost a valuable opportunity. Education is often wasted on the young.
