When transfer courses are rejected, and they will be.
Go to https://www.tccns.org/
If you are transferring from college in Texas then you can check for yourself. The website is easy to use. If tccns.org shows that you course should transfer and admissions staff tell you that it does not, and that the tccns.org website is not the correct website; tell them they are wrong. If it is on the tccns.org website, then you are not supposed to even fill out a petition form.
If they still reject it, remind them that refusal to acknowledge tccns coursework can result in loss of funding from the state of Texas. Because as far as the state of Texas is concerned they already paid for it once. You can use google to find the actual regulations for Texas if you need to. I had to show them the actual regulation before they acknowledged at four classes.
