I originally did not want to go toQuite Bright
I originally did not want to go to University, but because they offered me a full ride plus book money, I ended up attending my state college.

I do regret this choice at all. I think that the campus is absolutely beautiful. The surrounding city is not very pretty or safe, but the campus itself is beautiful, with many flowers and trees.

I do honestly have to say though that I do not think I would be as happy here if I did not join a sorority. The social life is great if you know the right people. People are friendly. The people in my classes are approachable.Classes are definately challenging. All classes are taught by professors, but TAs are allowed to run the discussion classes. Professors are required to hold office hours so you can go and ask questions. Most professors post their classes powerpoint slides online so you also have access to that.

Question
What ever you are looking for, this schoolQuite BrightAerospace Engineering
What ever you are looking for, this school has it. If you want a social life, good education, sports, girls, good food or no social life, a quiet place to study, internships, diversity, this school has it. The only complaint I have is the campus is gigantic, but at least they offer free bus services and van services to pick you up where ever you are.

Question
This school prepares you for the real world.AverageMechanical Engineering
This school prepares you for the real world. They do not baby you here, as in other universities. More often than not, there is no attendance grade. It's your choice to go to class, just like it's your choice to go to work. The university is very helpful when it comes to career advice as well. There are plenty of opportunities for entry level jobs and internships. You just have to have enough gumption to take advantage of all the opportunities.

It's all what you make it. And I am proud to call myself a terp!
